I don't have access to the app, I don't know why. I can't log in, and when I try to change my password, it gives me an error. How can I resolve this issue?

Selin, it is because they closed their servers for food and cloud system too Not sure if you can add the device on the different cloud by another app or create your own cloud but you need to make your own software and firmware for the camera
